During this 4-week class, you will learn about some of the more popular billiard games (8-ball, 9-ball, 10-ball). Students will work on proper form before taking the shot. We'll explore various bridge techniques to find the one that works best for you and cover some alternative bridges that will come in handy for difficult leaves. We'll also work on having a smooth, consistent stroke, then get into aiming and taking the shot. And finally, we will touch on the topics of cue ball control and banking. You will see how to create and print different sized computer-generated labels in Microsoft Word. These labels can be printed and affixed on envelopes and packages for shipping. In addition, you will learn to create a single letter to use for mass distribution without having to repeat a list of recipients’ names and addresses! Names can easily be saved in a database for future mailings of labels, envelopes, and mass mailings.

★ 10 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction

Upon satisfactory completion of this course, we will issue a temporary learners permit good for 60 days. Students must obtain their 2-year learners permit from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
