with Carrie Pierce
This class will focus on basic signs and short phrases for those who are losing their hearing. Those who are losing their hearing should attend this class, and bring along a family member, friend, or health care provider who they would normally need to communicate with. Sign themes will focus on family, things around the home, food, calendar signs, and basic conversation. We will also cover ASL grammar. This class will be taught at a slower pace to allow participants to master the skills they need.
